Brick Arches
Brick-Clad arches have become very popular in today’s modern methods of construction. To keep up with the demand for cost saving solutions we can supply a range of innovative, lightweight prefabricated arches all made to your specific requirements. Brick-Clad Arches are lightweight and easy to install which helps save time and reduces costs. It is also suitable for use in non-structural or structural applications, depending on which type.
Non-Structural Arches
Using a BBA Approved magnesium board with a Polyurethane Foam core, our Lightweight Brick-Clad Arches are designed to be used in conjunction with steel lintels for structural support. Bricks are cut into slips and bonded to the arch backing using a BBA Approved Epoxy Adhesive.
Structural Arches
We are also able to provide one piece fully structural arch solutions consisting of brick slips bonded to either concrete or steel backing. Both provide cost effective alternatives to traditional building methods and save time on site. Full technical drawings are provided for approval prior to manufacture and structural calculations can also be provided if required but may incur an additional cost.
