Prefabricated Lightweight Arches

Over recent years Prefabricated Lightweight Arches have been developed to offer a cost effective and time saving method of arch construction.

We collect bricks from your site and take them to the manufacturing unit so they can be cut into slips and bonded to an aerated block backing. The completed arches are then delivered to site on pallets clearly marked for easy identification. Arches are supplied open jointed for on-site pointing on the ground, this ensures mortar colour consistency with the main brickwork. The arch is then laid in conjunction with a steel lintel.

Prefabricated Lightwieght Arches can be supplied in a wide range of styles and can be made to virtually any length.
