Concrete Backed Arches

Our concrete backed arches are fully load bearing and therefore do not require the use of secondary steel lintels. Brick slips are bonded to a reinforced concrete lintel and arches are available with or without a fairfaced soffit (underside) this type of arch allows the window to be set back showing a brick soffit rather than the underside of a steel lintel. Where a tight joint size is required arches can be pre-pointed at the factory and delivered to site ready for installation.
